Electric Double Girder Crane End Carriage
·Electric overhead crane traveling by motorized end carriages are equipped with electric motors and bumpers; using feature anti-friction bearings. Gear box are fully enclosed to reduce noise and ensure a long and reliable operating life. Inverter control are used for the bridge long travelin achieve smooth acceleration and braking by utilizing as standard. Assembly for moving loads at variable speed, and the crane end carriage is the ideal choice for most lifting operations travelling with specification on wheel diameter 125mm to 500mm, and 1m to 5m of the wheel base for bridge crane and gantry crane. It an be connected directly to load-bearing superstructures – for cranes or double beam trolleys.
·We offers a wide range of end carriages for double girder bridge cranes, for hook capacities 3ton to 200 tons. The box girder construction, appropriately stiffened through internal diaphragms, ensures high resistance to bending and torsional stress.
·Manufactured by means of high-technology processes involving automated welding and machining centres, end carriages from Kiwicranes feature high precision and modularity of components.
·The end carriages are of standardized wheel bases. These are either bent U-shape or are of welded construction. The end carriage bearing Housings are welded to the fabricated/bent end Carriages. The same is then machined on a horizontal boring machine for accommodating the bearings. This also ensures perfect alignments, parallelism and perpendicularity of the wheels individually & in pairs. The construction of the end carriage is such that it is very easy to attend to wheel maintenance/change. Local lubrication pipes for greasing both the wheel bearings are provided for one point lubrication. Rubber or buffers are supplied according to requirements.
·Gearmotors cover a standard range of motor powers from 0.37 to 7.5 kw. They have been designed to satisfy the crane market requisite for smooth starting and slow-down. Aslo supply German SEW or NORD gear motor for option.
